Public Sector

InnoCity Partners works with cities, counties, regional and state entities to assist in education, asset mapping, strategic planning and prioritization; then provides tactical and structural recommendations and processes to reach these goals. Building project plans, public engagement, vendor assessment and implementation are also available areas of service.

We work with cities, counties, regional and state agencies to:

o   Asset map, review city priorities and create an aligned, attainable and actionable smart city strategy.

o   Identify and develop key use cases, KPIs and stakeholders (internal and external to city).

o   Develop multi-phased plan and timeline for execution.

o   Review existing city policies and, where appropriate, assist in establishing and refining policies and process regarding data, open data, data ownership and privacy considerations.

o   Conduct vendor assessment and recommendations.

o   Assist in development and recommendations for best practices for financial modeling.

o   Review and make recommendations regarding RFP/Q/I’s, SOWs and contracts.

o   Assist in developing industry best practices for internal innovation staff structuring, budgeting, implementation and reporting.

o   Recommendations and placement at key industry and educational conferences.

o   Demonstrate real world success for Smart Cities projects from proven experienced team. (move beyond theory to real world implementation)

o   Provide case studies, evaluation and editorial support.

o   Public awareness, education, and community engagement campaigns.

o   Assist in developing public private partnerships to support and/or lead initiative.

Private Sector

InnoCity Partners provides proven experience that can help private sector clients to prioritize internal structures and strategy, gain insight into evolving public sector challenges and opportunities, project support, and industry thought leadership opportunities, among others.
